Quality Time

There really is no secret to this one other than you have to intentionally put down your phone and be in the moment. If you have a phone that regularly goes off calling your attention to it. Turn it off. Your wife will appreciate it more than you can imagine. Just try it. Turn the thing off for 1 hr (the world won’t end if you can’t be reached for the next hour). 

Like everything else making this a regular routine will pay dividend while one time, might not show many  results. If your wife has been starved in this area it will take time to fill her love tank back up.

Remember quality time is something you build not do just once and check it off your list. It’s like losing weight. It takes work and consistency. 

 

The key to everything is "TOGETHER"

  1. Eat meals together

  2. Cook and do dishes or cleanup together

  3. Go on a walk or hike together

  4. Hold hands and watch tv together

  5. Go to a HS sports game together

  6. Go out to eat together

  7. Complete the survey recreational activities with your wife and start doing something high on her list (that you might enjoy too). Find that list HERE

  8. Go shopping and just walk with her. (enjoy the walk, let her buy what she wants)
