Biography
Matthew and Heather were married in August of 2000, and are the proud parents of two great adult children, who love the Lord and are walking with Him.

Matthew graduated from Manhattan Christian College in 2002 with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and has been serving the church community ever since.

From 2009-2011 they lived overseas serving in a Muslim context, and would testify that this was a better training ground for their life and ministry than anything they ever experienced in the USA.

In 2011 they launched a collegiate ministry seeking to bring what they had learned from the foreign mission field home with them, but life and expenses became to much so by 2012 their time was split between Cloud County Community College and working
bi-vocationally as a pastor in a traditional western church.

After 10 years of ministry they submitted to the Lord that He had a better plan for their lives and they walked away from their vocational ministry positions to pursue DMM (Disciple Making Movements) full-time. They now travel: preaching, teaching, and coaching individuals, existing churches, and missionaries around the world, on how to make disciples who make disciples...

Matthew came to faith in 1997 through reading his Bible and the faithful witness of a friend encouraging him to seek God, and discover if He was real.

Among his many hobbies Matthew has enjoyed hunting, flying Paramotor, scuba diving, and motorcycle riding.

His wife used to tease him that he was bringing to life the Bernstein bears book "Go Fly a Kite"
but Matthew never cared. He loves to
be up in the air praying over God's
creations... literally.

Matthew has been a pioneer from birth and loves exploring new ways of doing things, convinced together we can find a solution to any problem we face if we just persevere.

He brings this same optimism to the struggles of the Western church system in America and is passionate about helping true followers of Jesus learn how to reproduce, reproducing-disciples of all the nations of the world the way Jesus commanded us to, and the early church modeled. (2 Timothy 2:2)

Heather grew up in an amazing Christian family and has loved the Lord her whole life. She was baptized in 1992 after giving her life to Jesus at a youth camp.
She has always been passionate about missions, traveling on several short term missions trips, and once long term with her entire family to a closed Muslim country. She was a stay at home mom, who homeschooled her children until they returned from their overseas work.
Heather works with ladies and children around the world helping them implement disciple making practices into their lives and relationships. Although she does a lot of traveling for work with her husband, and works with small groups, her passion is managing all of the behind the scenes parts of ministry. She also serves an association of churches in the area as their administrative assistant and spends a few days of the school year substitute teaching in the local schools.
Heather enjoys playing games with her family, leading worship, cooking and eating good food, crafts and working with her hands to create amazing things.
She thinks of life like a big jigsaw puzzle. Sometimes its’s overwhelming, other times pieces just fall into place, sometimes you wonder if the piece even fits in the puzzle. But, God has it all under control and knows what the final puzzle will look like and when it will be finished. We make our plans but He determines the outcome. Proverbs 16:9
