Discipleship Coaches

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

Discipleship is like Planting a Forest

If the goal is to create shade for the world, then we must learn to plant acorns, not spend all of our time and resources building a bigger healthier tree.

The same is true for churches.  The greatest way to make Disciples for Jesus of all the nations,
is to plant new churches, not build bigger buildings. We must begin to scatter not gather.

Your tree (church) will never be big enough to give shade to your entire community, much less your state, or the world.  But by planting acorns (oak trees produce lots of acorns each year), we can provide shade to everyone in only a matter of a few years.

Jesus command to make disciples was not limited to the 12 apostles, or church staff.  It was a command for every disciple throughout all of time, we have all been called to be in the business of making disciples.  In the west today though, we have forgotten this call or relegated it the "professionals."  The problem is there are not enough professionals, and it was never meant to be restricted to them.  God gave the church what we now call the professionals (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers) to EQUIP the saints... not do it for them. ~ Ephesians 4:11

If you are ready to step into your calling and position by God we want to help get you started in the right direction.  Our goal is to come alongside of Christians and Churches to help them learn how to become disciple makers that reproduce other disciple makers.

The engine that drives DMM is DBS (Discovery Bible Study).

Our goal is to find the people God has already prepared, and help them discover Him through His Word, the Bible.

With no teacher but the Holy Spirit, we act as guides pointing the way for others to discover Jesus for themselves.  It has been said that being a Christian is to be one beggar showing another where to find food, in this way you too can lead your friends to their next meal.

Throughout all of time God's people have been the key to others in their community discovering who God is (Noah, Lot, Abraham, David, the Samaritan woman, the Ethiopian Eunuch, Saul, the Philippian Jailer, the demoniac... you won't find anyone in the Bible who was the end of the line).

With DBS you too can be that guide to the spiritually lost and hungry.

Don't let the Good News of Jesus end with you!!
